I have a problem. I installed a mod and my forum does not work. How do I remove the mod?I can not access the forum. I have to do it by ftp.Sorry for my English lenguaje. I'm Spanish

In your Packagedirectory, find the map /backups. You'll find a file called 2010-06-29_before_{mod_that_ruined_forum}.tar.gz. Extract it and upload it to your forum directory, to overwrite existing files.

Where are the packagedirectoy?At ftp?Vistapanel?

It's a folder in your forumlocation on server. Use ftp to connect to your website, go to the location where your forum is installed and find the folder /Packages. Download the 'installed before" file, extract it on your local machine and upload the files to your forumlocation. Make sure the existing files are overwritten.
