phpbb 2 CH to SMF (I dont have the CH files anymore)

Title really says it all. I was running an older version of CH as well but since all the mirrors for the CH are down I cant get a preinstalled to be able to get this and update it as well as get it to the point where i can just hit a button to get it to work. Any idea on how I can convert it to SMF without having the core files for it (I have the database and I would think thats all that would be required if you know the SQL information.)
