[FREE] Prevent members from knowing they are ignored

I posed a question in the Coding Discussion area about this and was told I should make a mod request. I'll follow the guidelines best as I can.

Description What I would like is a mod that will prevent members from knowing that they are being ignored by another member.

For example, user A has put user B on their ignore list. User B attempts to send a PM to user A only to get a message that they are being ignored by that user.

I would like for it to appear that the PM went through even though it didn't due to the user being ignored with ignored users never knowing that they are being ignored.

Permissions Permission wise, I think each member should be able to check off whether or not they want those on their ignore list to know they are being ignored by them.

Feature Set If this could be done on an individual basis for example, allow user A to know (s)he is ignored but not allow user B to know (s)he is being ignored by the person who is ignoring them would be perfect.
