Own Logo Links To Domain

If you have own logo for forum (admin - current theme - Logo image URL), this mod changes that logo to a link to the site's domain.
If you for example have forum in www.mysite.com/forum/, this link will lead to the www.mysite.com.

This mod also removes SMF logo

I have installed this on a forum I am modding for and it works for default theme but not for custom, any tips on getting the custom theme to work?

I logged on today, and suddenly my logo was no longer a link to domain, and the SMF logo was back. This mod was still installed. I uninstalled it, and re-installed it with no change. Logo no longer links and SMF logo remains.
