Private Membership

When making a private membership group, one cannot make it primary from their profile group membership unless it had "Manage and assign membergroups" permission.

Regular user should choose what group they are on if that group was assigned from the "Additional Membergroups:" checkbox.

Is this not a bug?

I don't think regular members can actually change their Primary membergroup.
I think thats only for Admins and Mods
