Board and Category ordering not working?

So!

I'm now a happy user of SMF 2.0 RC3, and I converted my friend's old phpBB3 forum over to SMF, but there's only one thing that's really bothering me.  Board and Category ordering isn't working at all on the "front page" of the forum.

With that, I mean, the Board/Category ordering through the Admin Panel is working as intended, but, when you navigate to the index of the forum itself, it's not applying and the child boards on some forums aren't working either.

I can't seem to figure out what the problem is or anything.  I'm not getting any errors either, so, I've got no where to look for problems either.  The only addon installed is reCaptcha, so it can't be it that's causing the issues either I believe.

Anyone have any clues?
