This is a little vague, unless I am out of the loop about something. Have any more details?

It's the theme. In the theme_linktree() function in the index.template.php file, they have likely put a character in there that is causing it. Post that function in some [code][/code] tags and I'm sure we can show you.

Just a thought. May be the empty space is causing that. Can you just try to remove it and see how it goes?

i installed the theme from theme site and it worked perfectly for me . So confused in your case.

The link tree is fine on the default theme, it must be something in the custom themes files that is causing the problem

Are the characters like that on all actions or just some?
Well if its in the theme its a template issue then, that's a bit of good news, narrows things down a bit

I hadn't looked at index.template until you mentioned on default it worked, I spotted the errors in your attachment and the other repair attempts too lol

Well, We don't know if you got the file like that do we, or it could have been changed earlier.
I'm pretty sure the theme site would not have approved this theme is it was like that, bit I have not made any theme, so I don't know how the approval system works, or even if their is one

Nah, cant do that, what if you have mods that changed it, we have to fix your one, I wash checking through the index.template.php you 1st attached, I spotted the error before I went to the theme site.
