I've recently added this to my SMF 2.0.2 with SimplePortal 2.3.5 site. It replaced Aeva-lite which I dropped (uninstalled) as the author is no longer updating it.
Simple Audio Video Embedder is doing the job just fine, apart from an issue with the copyright.
On my website's front page, frequently the save copyright is being displayed twice. This occurs if you visit the site by use of the domain name alone i.e.
www.nthwgaming.co.uk However if you visit the portal's home page link,
www.nthwgaming.co.uk/forum/index.php, the save copyright is singular.
I see this even if I switch my theme to the SMF curve default. My current theme is a simple derivative of curve (I'll manage to recolour that one day), that has a couple of more changes to the template header to deal with my banner. The footer is all standard, with statements simply added by the various mods. The doubling is only apparent on the portal front page. Simple Portal runs in it's "front page" option, but I see no difference in it's standalone or Integration modes (other than changing those modes affects some of the navigation links).
I'm not seeking to remove the copyright, just the doubling of it.
Of course it would be nice if the copyright worked as aeva's did, i.e it was only active when the page was displaying an active link, but that's a different matter.
