Convert Odyssey phpBB2 template to work with SMF

I am trying to get ahold of the creator of the odyssey template to get permission

But I thought that I would ask.  According to the source zip, the template itself is released under this license, and if I am reading it correctly, I can modify it to work with SMF.  am I correct?
