Suddenly lost SSI

I've got a site I am using the SMF cookie for. It was working beautifully for a while and now suddenly it's decided it will no longer function.

I have no upgraded or changed the installation, installed any mods or themes. The forum is a base installation. What could happen to make the cookie cease to function?

I am using the following session flags to integrate the forum into the site itself.

$_SESSION['login_url'] = 'http://internalwebsite' . $_SERVER['PHP_SELF'];
$_SESSION['logout_url'] = 'http://internalwebsite' . $_SERVER['PHP_SELF'];

Like I said, this was working great. I've made no changes to the system, the files or the forum but I am no longer able to log in correctly.

Using the sites login feature now sends me to the forums (which it's not supposed to do) and I am logged in but returning to the site itself it doesn't seem to see the logged in session anymore.

Hi, sorry for the slow response.

Which version SMF?

Is this happening to everybody or just to you?
Have you tried another browser?

If at first you don't succeed, use a bigger hammer. If that fails, read the manual.
