UI am not able to see my forum, it is showing atr.

Anything edited recently?

Did you recenlty try to install any mods?

I checked that, Do not see any modification on files and I didn't install any mod either.

Can it be due to Hostgator Network Outage ?

No, last change on Index.php was on Feb 2013.  And don't seems any weird thing. Should I upload index.php here ?

This is the file in the root of your forum, where Settings.php is.

Try renaming the file to index0.php and replacing that with a virgin version of the file.

I've attached one, to save you finding one.

Difficult to tell, with the information that we have.

à†R doesn't mean anything, to me. I tried a search and drew a blank, too.

We'll have to wait for your host, to see if they can throw any light on things, really.

Hostgator aren't the best host on the planet, though.
