Group image instead of moderator ?

Hello. Well this is the senario : I have a member who is in a membergroup (movies man) and that group has its own image...but i also want to make him a moderator on his group. When i make him a moderator, the moderator stars appear instead of th movie image. How can i change that. I want the image of the group to apear instead of the Moderator stars.

p.s. Cant change the image of moderators stars because there many moderators in other groups
