I want to buy gaming or car forum (I prefer gaming), please don't offer sites with .info domains.
I want to spend ~$75, maybe little bit more, if forum is good. I'm not expecting big forum for that price, but there have to be at least some traffic and users/posts

Other than the fact that a forum with traffic is a lot easier to get started with? If you have the money there's absolutely no reason to start from scratch.
