Disable titles on reply

Is it possible to disable the use of titles on replies?
E.G.

first-post
topic-title: This is a topic with a title

reply
topic-title: no-title

I want to get rid of the Re:, and I want to be able to change the title of a topic at once.

Am I clear or do I have to explain it?

Well, right now, you can:
  - remove "Re:".
  - move a topic, rename it, and the move it back.  (move allows you to change the subject of the entire topic.)

can we move it to the board its already in? (hence reducing it really to one step)?

For YaBBSE I made a mod (quick-reply mod) with moderation-functions. Here you can see it in action (username: test, password: test, you have GM-privileges). I like that idea (otherwise I didn't make that mod).

This stuff is PURELY theme stuff.  You can easily add moderation actions to quick reply .
