Fatal Error on Profiles

I'm having a technical problem relating to a mod that I recently uninstalled after encountering errors with it. I got this on my (and all the other) profile:

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/dancin3/public_html/mousepawgames/VBGameMakers/Sources/CustomProfile.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/dancin3/public_html/mousepawgames/VBGameMakers/Sources/Load.php(1733) : eval()'d code on line 1531

What do I do to fix this?

Does the file Sources>CustomProfile.php exist?

If so, is it read-enabled?
