Paths for new themes

I have a problem with paths in my SMF forum 1.1.11
I have zaklupljenu domain and it is a SMF forum with mystic jade theme
When I try to install any other topic on my forum theme is not working or its path does not work. When the same experiment on a test forum and the loclahostu or in a free forum everything works but on my wage does not work.
Means the path in my forum to break down for each installed theme only the first one that I use for

Admin -> Themes and Layout -> Themes and Settings

Click the button "Attempt to reset all themes" at the bottom of the page.

I done that and paths are OK but when I apply theme it doesn't work al goes wrong
theme is workign on localhost but on my forum it not work

i cant see icons for new post and simular everythig is messup
i instaled mod
1.      Signature Area BBCode Buttons     
2.     WOW Names     
3.     Additional Home page Title | S-Ace

Upload repair_settings.php to your forumlocation on the webserver. Point your browser at it by typing this in the address bar:
http://www.yoursite.com/forum/repair_settings.php

Now, click all blue links to correct paths and urls and make sure to save after you're done.
