Please, I need you great minds to help me with
steps to take to install these two things:

1. wibiya toolbar

2. mod or script for inviting friends to my forum.

I use SMF 2.0 RC3

To install Wiybia:

Download the header and footers mod. Paste the code they give you in the footer part. Done.

Invite system: This looks like a good mod. Unfortantly it is not listed as compatible with your current version, but maybe the author will update it.

You could always look in to the referral MOD as well.  It gets users to sorta want to get more people there.
