Have you try reinstalling yet Slayer? I would suggest you use the large upgrade package to avoid losing data if you are reinstalling.

One more thing that I note is that your problem could be caused by your host server. Please do contact them and tell them of your problem. They may be able to help you too.

Check to see if they have mod_security enabled.

FOR YOUR INFO:  I came upon this problem too and found out is was because I went over the server space quota. I increased the quota and regained access.

Is this issue solved or do you still require assistance?

Can you provide a phpinfo sheet so we can see if mod_security is the issue?  What is phpinfo.php?
