I am facing another problem with rc3 in IE8.
1st img is how my forum is displayed in IE.
2nd img - in Chromium (as well as in Firefox).

do not hijack a topic... especially not here.   This thread is reproting and dealing with the scroll problem in IE8 and is not related to menu problems you might have.

update: the issue is faced not only in IE8 but in IE7 as well.
