critical error in installing smf 2.0 rc3

Hi
I use windows server 2008
And when i install smf 2.0 rc3 i see this error in second step :
Critical Error!
You're on a windows server, and some crucial files are not writable. Please ask your host to give write permissions to the user PHP is running under for the files in your SMF installation. The following files or directories need to be writable:

    * attachments/index.php
    * avatars/index.php
    * cache/index.php
    * Packages/index.php
    * Packages/installed.list
    * Smileys/index.php
    * Themes/index.php
    * agreement.txt
    * Settings.php
    * Settings_bak.php

Even though it announces itself as a critical error, rezaas, that's really just an instruction for you to follow.   

All those files and directories are going to have to be made writable.  I don't know anything about Windows servers but, usually, one uses an ftp application such as Filezilla to install SMF and can right click on a folder or on a specific file and select "Change Permissions".  Folders should be set to 755 and files to 644.  You may be able to do this, as well, but if you can't, then, as the message suggests, contact your server and ask them to help you with these permissions so that everything listed is writable.  Then you can continue with your installation.
