Spam POSTS

i am getting a lot of spam messages in my forum like Kim Kardasian photos, zoloff adds, a lot of russian posts. How can i keep these messages out. I have checked the Administrator section and didnt see anything that really related. if i dont check the forum at least everyday i spend a half hour removing spam messages. Any help is appreciated
