Possible to count the child board's content on the board index's boards?

Is it possible to count the child board's content on the board index's boards? Like on this image?

Inside the child boards, i have more child boards. They don't count that in total on the board index.. How can i do this that i do that?

That is already turned on.. What my problem actually is , is that i want to count also the posts from the child boards, in the child boards, in the child boards, etc.. to the board index.
But with that setting, it doesn't count those child in child boards..

I got this problem too, would be great to get a fix for it since some of our boards look pretty paltry from the front because of the sub-subs having most of the posts.
