Convert from phpBB 2 SMF without database

Sorry if it is duplicated...

It is possible convert a phpBB forum to SMF without a database copy??

I have a free forum (foros.net) and i want to install SMF in my own server, but foros.net [nofollow] dont make database copy...

Any idea??
