Crucial CSS settings for SMF

With a web builder I'm creating I've noticed that it's very possible to cut a style.css down from maybe 20 (commands?) to about 8, without affecting the user experience/visuals. A good example of this is oscommerce where I cut it down to 8 easily.

My question is .. in the SMF css which are the crucial css lines?

I'd guess

.windowbg and windowbg2

a:link and a:hover

catbg and catbg2 (really needed?)

Your thoughts?

bordercolor, tborder, catbg, catbg2, windowbg, windowbg2, titlebg
