How can I host with SMF any tutorials other than that are SMF easy to hack ?

you are using a browser ... you cannot view internet pages without one, even phones have browsers

There are paid hosts, which are recommended for serious websites.

And there are free web hosts which will let  you play with out any damage to your pocket.
