Upgrade RC3 -> RC4 issue

I donot sure what is hapnening. and if is there any wrong with me or computer!?

#1 I download the large upgrade pack form http://download.simplemachines.org/
#2 Upload and extact it to my hosting (upload the 2.7 mb zipped file at the same place with SSI.php, index,php and extact it)
#3 Run upgrade.php
#4 View my new forum, all ok! But when I look around, it just like a whole new forum without any Mod!

I not sure if #2 is'n correct, but in my mamories, when I started to use smf 1.1x to know, I allway upgrade like that! or some thing worng....

no more mods because you wrote over your files. you'll have to reinstall those mods.

you have already done it.
replacing your files will require mods to be reinstalled.
there's no other way that i know of.
do you have so many mods this is not practical?

I fact, all my mod is disable!

I have remember that if i use LARGE upgrade package that I can save my Mod!? But why now.... (

uploading the large upgrade pack will overwrite all of your forum files and thus replace any mod code changes with a standard set of files.

In other words, you will have to reinstall *ALL* your mods.
