Uprading SMF

Hi, I am new here. I am currently running a forum on SMF 2.0 RC3, I would like to know how to upgrade the Forum and Database to SMF 2.0 RC4, thanks!

"Soon" as in a few days, or weeks, or months?

I have 1.1.11. Will I be able to upgrade to v2 from 1.1.11?

Here's what happens for me:

Admin Center:
Forum version: SMF 1.1.11
Current SMF version: SMF 1.1.12
It is recommended that you update your forum to the latest version.
I press "update" and get:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /forums/index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

The permissions for index.php is 644 as are most of the other pages.

My http://www.bigislandforum.org/forums/index.php has been working ok for quite a while.

Upgrading RC versions are full upgrades, replacing files with the new ones, reinstalling mods and custom edits.  Just follow the upgrading instructions linked in my signature.
