ok is their anyway that when im on the forum home and another person is in a section can i see like 1 viewing next to the section

i dont believe this is a default feature on the forum index. you would need to check the mods or make a request.

Click on the users on line to see what each member is doing.  I'm not aware of any other user interface that shows what you are asking.  You might search the Mod Site or post a request on the Mod Requests board.
