Uopgraded from 1.1.9 to 1.1.12 and lost all my modifications HELP!!

Just upgraded from 1.1.19 to 1.1.12 and now getting a error Parse and no mods are there.

Can not reply or post new topic etc

Ok thanks for the responses

Got rid of error message and can post replies and post new now.

But Admin page is gone, white page with no text comes up so no way to fix the missing mods till I get Admin page back
