send PM to all members or membergroups

I use SMF 2.0 RC3, but I do not find the option to send a PM (not an email) to all my members or membergroups in the admin cp.
I must look over it, can anyone tell me where I can find the option?

firstly you should upgrade to RC4 and yes all your mods will work, RC4 has various security fixes.

Secondly its in Admin - News and Newsletters and there is an option that says "send as pm" at the bootm of the newsletter screen.
