ver 2.0 RC4 Broken?

I have 5 forums (not one is using this new and improved version.

trying to do a fresh install with webinstall, in three different folders

won't install, see screen shots

Illori,
I was tired from work and got very frustrated last night.
I just started unzipping SMF ver2.0 RC4 and will do the manual install.
Oddly, this is the 5th forum that I am installing, and three went in fine with webinstall. 

Anyway, sometimes things happen. Sometimes someone saying what you said, is received as "I understand your frustration, don't give up."
