Moving Forum from Joomla to WordPress

I currently have an outdated SMF forum on an outdated Joomla site.  I would like to upgrade the forum and transfer it to shiny new WordPress site.  Can this be done and how?  Please help!  Thanks!

Wordpress is no forum, it's a BLOG!
