Mod Request (Free) Encrypt Forum Outgoing Email

It's doable, but 1) it's distinctly non-trivial, beyond the skill of a good proportion of the mod authors here, 2) it's sufficiently complicated that even if someone does develop it, it's unlikely to be free, 3) even if someone does develop it and it is free/reasonably priced, it's not particularly easy to support or configure which will just further discourage someone from doing it if they end up spending far more time trying to help people configure it because of the very diverse sets of server configurations.
