problems with installation

I am new, just downloaded the Webinstall, version, I tried on the install forum,
get a you are not allowed to post here, I tried support help, I get you are not allowed access to help, support,...looks like a bunch of BS to me, Where do I get help, if I am have trouble installing ? This feed back is the only place that is allowing me to post, ..if I can not ask a simple question, the all I have is very negative feed back, as it appears, there is no support, nor help, and maybe I would be better of looking for a different forum software. Or if I can ask my question here ?
Not off to a very good start, and thank for any help,..
if none, I'll just look for something that has a better support, and is easier to work with,..
