problems with installation

I have successfully installed the SMF forum 2.0 RC 4.

Once i reach SMF forum , i got this problem in SQL database it state

" Critical Error!
Cannot connect to the database server with the supplied data.

If you are not sure about what to type in, please contact your host.
Access denied for user ' animeinf_elaine'@'localhost' (using password: YES) " . What does that mean?

please do not hijack someone else's support topic... especially since the problems are likely very different.

The error means exactly what it says: your installation can not access the database with the values you have set in Settings.php
