Error when installing fresh copy of SMF 2.0 RC4 via webinstall

I got this error when installing SMF 2.0 RC4. It appeared at the top of the page on Step 3: Database Settings and kept appearing sometimes twice on the following setup pages. I managed to complete the forum installation though. Can someone fix those installation bugs? They are very annoying and confusing about the whole SMF 2.0 setup process.

I just proceeded with the installation despite the errors and my forum is working fine. I guess someone has to fix the webinstall script and make it more tolerant to various server configurations.

Webinstall even states that it doesn't work on every server.  I'm not aware of any effort to try and make it more compatible.  There are way too many ways that servers can be set-up that might cause it to fail.  IMHO it is still better to install the forum manually and it doesn't take a tremendous amount of knowledge to do so.
