Move Posts?

I can't find a good mod that will allow a specified person to move posts.

For example, towards the bottom of the thread, someone posts an official ______ regarding the thread and the moderator wants to move it towards the top 1-3 posts so everyone can see it right away when they come in the thread.

Is this out? If not, then that's my request

No such mod, and doing it is complicated (as well as having performance concerns)

Why not, instead, have them modify the first post?
