error on managesettings.php undefined function

Hi, I'm getting the follow error whenever i try and change anything in admin>features;


Fatal error: Call to undefined function savedbsettings() in /public_html/******/Sources/ManageSettings.php on line 2147

Line 2147 is; saveDBSettings($save_vars);

I think its probably from some mod i uninstalled, but the problem has been there a few months an my efforts to find a fix have not worked. Is there anyway i can fix this or stop this function? so i can make changes in my admin?

the only mod i can remember uninstalling in the last 3 months or so was the e-notifier mod

the error was indeed with the enotify mod, I ahve deleted all the code from that mod in yopur file, try the file attached
