All external links in a new window

actually i'm using some other mods, like Download System etc , and i want that any external link which is on my forum should open in a new window..

If you have an issue with a mod, ask the mod's author. Making this a mod otherwise will slow down every single page in your forum, though it is entirely possible (and in fact, it's already done to a degree, since there are two URL rewriting elements in SMF 2.0, one to inject PHPSESSID when it's needed and one to remove target="_blank" for HTML strict mode)
