Actually, the stress went up when we found a girl for the server. It went fine for the first few weeks when they were like... Getting to know each other very well. However, later it got annoyed with having to explain so much about the technical stuff, constant requests for attention and her desire for lots of chocolate once a month. That and apparently the chain was too long as she managed to get out of the kitchen in to the living room, which caused annoyances and high tension when there was a football match... Overall, it was not much of a success We tried though.

Serious question, if I may?

At certain times, the ol' place runs like a slug on dope.

Opera hangs. Firefox hangs. IE (Spit!) hangs.

K-Meleon doesn't.

OK, it slows, a bit.

But, it always gets there.

How come?

K-Meleon is a bit less resource intensive than the others... Perhaps if all the regular browsers hang and a lightweight thing does not, one might wonder if you have plenty of resources available in your PC? Enough memory, for example. Also do note that if you have other websites open with flash or java, it may eat quite alot of memory and CPU.

Can't see that making a difference. Would be worth shoving a networking sniffer on it and logging the packets themselves to see what's different.

Look in your system tray -- probably something else's eating up stuff.
