How to Remove SMF hosting by SiteGround from copyright?

I've moved my forum: http://irishtaxi.org/forum/index.php [nofollow] to another host so the  "SMF hosting by SiteGround" is no longer relevant , how do i remove it from the copyright?

This is the copyright section of index template:

well you dont want to remove those exact lines... those will also remove your smf copyright. can you attach your index.template.php file?

Really? I just thought that would remove the THEME copyright.

i could double check, but either way you dont want to remove the copyright for either, then you have an illegal theme or illegal smf install
