Forum not sending Activation

I am using SMF 2.0 RC4  and its not sending the activation email out anymore. it was and now its not. Does anyone have a clue to what would cause this?

If it worked at one time and now doesn't, either something has changed at the host or some of the forum files have been changed.  Have you installed any mods recently or modified the forum files at all?
