"go down / go up" buttons link bad path...Where do I look.

I am using:

SMF 1.0.5
Mambo 4.5.2
Mambo-SMF Integration version is 1.3.1.3

When I enable the go up / go down feature I get a double path problem.

This:

Code Select Expand

http://mysite/Mambo/Mambo/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=33&expv=0&topic=3.new#top

When It should be:

Code Select Expand

http://mysite/Mambo/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=33&expv=0&topic=3.new#top

The buttons work in standalone but add the the second Mambo when vieng in Mambo.  If I could find a fix that would work in mambo and not standalone that would be fine.

While I am learning.... Another question: 
When I use the "Mambo-SMF Login" module to logout I stay logged in to the forum until I use the forum logout button.
