Imported from VBB

I imported a forum from vBulletin  Version 3.7.4 into simplemachines. The latest 2.0

Am having a few issues, one major one, is that when I create a new thread it attaches itself to an old thread, here is a sample.

The one called TEST was a new thread and it is showing up at the bottom.

please go to Admin - Maintenance - Routine and run "Find and fix any errors" and "recount statistics".. then create a new topic and check the destination topic.

thanks I did that and it worked but did not fix the burbs, so I imported again, did what you said, and it is working fine...  thanks so much..

One more burp,

I am not able to upload jpeg etc, it just hands there, I suspect I need to 777 something, but can not find where or what.

btw I did increase the size allowed. Thought that would fix it..

The upload folder is full.

Admin -> Forum -> Attachments and Avatars -> Attachment Settings
Change the value of "Maximum attachment folder size" to something larger (or 0 if you don't want to limit the folder's size)

another twist...

not able to upload a new theme.... wonder if there is a connection?

ok, now, out of the blue, everything is working...   weird
