I need Help.
I Cant Do this wrong, and I cant do this right!! 
My admin control has never had any control regarding upgrade. I Have tried my best to avoid this Day.  My Captcha is all messed up . If I Make it easy , To many spammers  and Its not funtioning at all. Click New image Nothing, no one can register,
Now Im Not sure what else I can Do, I have Uploaded this Light Patch Upgrade twice. Both Corrupt. And again My Internal Link has always been bad .
I would Like  Someone To PM me with a Quote On How much it will cost to Upgrade My site up to speed to left this stress off my back
