Please change the subject to Category tree

We need to know
What version are you using?
When did it happen?
What mods are you using?
And a link to your forum would help too.

Yes

I believe that this is a theme issue. ::)
Typically that symbol is used in place of an UN-recognized character. :o
I have seen it when I translated foreign languages.

I wonder if you have utf-8 enabled on your forum, though not sure if that is a fix. ??? At least you know what it is. :-\

I don't think so.
If you could tell me the name of the theme, I think I could help more.

I don't think there is any relation between language packs and themes.
ALWAYS BACK-UP BEFORE changing ANYthing.

Kind of at a loss.
I think I have identified the image that goes there, but I don't know if you have access to your host. If you did, You would verify that in (name of your forum)/themes/Epic204/images/id/hov.gif is present.

ARG01

Mine seems to have arrows but I couldn't find any image associated with it in the Epic theme or default theme files. There is no Epic204/images/id/hov.gif

:-\

No, I will not offer free downloads to Premium DzinerStuido themes. Please stop asking.

NyYaNkEeFaN95

G1...hmm this is wierd.

ARG01

Maybe this should be asked here. Crip may have the answer.  ;)

Is your language UTF-8?

If not, it will not use the forum's UTF-8 function.

Right, a black box that fills the question mark area?
It is 25 pixels wide and the right height for the menu bar.
Hmmm.
