Can't Upload Anything

This has been a recent occurrence , with no recollections of any permissions changes.

Anyhow, I am not able to upload:

Packages
Images
Images via Aeva Media

Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

Have you checked the permissions again? Recently it happened to me that the permissions of the folders changed by themselves =/

Also try the repair_settings.php to see if the folders locations are set correctly
