1.1.13 Error

Hello. When I click to "update your forum" for 1.1.13 from my admin panel, I am getting this warning page;

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

What may I do please?
