1.1.12 to 1.1.13 permission problem

Hi,

   I'm trying to upgrade from 1.1.12 to 1.1.13 and it keeps telling me "You don't have permission to access /ufo/index.php on this server."  So I went in and changed the permission to 755 for index.php and it still won't work.  I tried 775 and the forum crashes   I really don't know what's going on, any help would be greatly appreciated.

You probably need to change the ownership of the folder.

I think he means "Check with your host to ensure that you have full ownership of the files on your site".
