Upgrading from 1.0.8

Hi there,

Just wondering if it's possible to upgrade directly from 1.0.8 to 1.1.13??? I ask seeing as 1.0.8 is rather old and I'm not sure if there are any extra steps needed or if I can just proceed with a regular upgrade.
